- New 350,000 sq ft building
- CBI added 15,000 s.f. offices on the south end of the building on the first and second floors
- Added new company store, offices, office and warehouse restrooms
- Installed warehouse restrooms and offices in the center of the building
- Installed 10,000 s.f. of mezzanine with support offices on the first and second floor on the north end of the building for Sole Technology staff
- Added and increased the existing electrical main of 2,000 amps of 277/480v to a 4,000 amp 277/480 v. and distributed electrical overhead to the center of the warehouse to accommodate the Sole Technology
- 3-level product picking system with conveyors and shipping systems.
