Existing metal building refurbished to create a refreshed and conditioned office space

Existing building structure retained with new interior layout to include conference room with sliding glass doors and break room

Corten (weathering steel) panels utilized on exterior to create an aged look while maintaining the interior integrity of the building

Operable steel windows from an old helicopter factory were refinished with new glazing installed to create unique architectural look

SOLE TECHNOLOGY EXEC.

New 350,000 s.f. building

CBI added 15,000 s.f. offices on the south end of the building on the first and second floors. With new company store, offices, office and warehouse restrooms.

Installed warehouse restrooms and offices in the center of the building.

Installed 10,000 s.f. of mezzanine with support offices on the first and second floor on the north end of the building for Sole Technology staff.

Added and increased the existing electrical main of 2,000 amps of 277/480v to a 4,000 amp 277/480 v. and distributed electrical overhead to the center of the warehouse to accommodate the Sole Technology

3-level product picking system with conveyors and shipping systems.

SA Recycling is a metal recycler that is located in the western United States and ships raw materials all over the world. Caisteal Builders, Inc. remolded an existing Voit Communications building into SA Recycling’s Corporate Headquarters.

The project is a 2-story building that is a total of 40,000 s.f., 20,000 s.f. on the first floor and 20,000 s.f. for the second floor. We transformed a Type B institutional government type office into a Type A Corporate office facility.
First Floor:

Large training rooms with in-floor electrical and data at each trainee location, drop down teaching screens and flat screen

Construction services for the S A Recycling Yards within southern California and the Western States

Remodeled the lobby into a high end lobby. With granite reception counter, granite floors, remodeled elevator cab and up graded lobby stair

General support offices
Second Floor:

DMV and Title departments

Purchasing, Accounts payable and recievable

20,000 s.f. of high end Executive Office area which includes full height interior glass, open support office, private restroom

Executive Office area includes the Board/Conference room with dimmable lighting, Mecho window shades and technical interface with other facilities and internet technology

The window shades, lighting and display screens are all interlocked with Lutron Controls

The Executive Board/Conference room also includes a convenience serving and support kitchen

ANAHEIM, CA
Styles For Less moved into an existing 55,000 s.f. building that was improved by CBI to meet their needs. This building is the main distribution building hub for Styles For Less that supplies clothing products to its Retail Shops throughout the western United States.
