Styles For Less moved into an existing 55,000 s.f. building that was improved by CBI to meet their needs. This building is the main distribution building hub for Styles For Less that supplies clothing products to its Retail Shops throughout the western United States.
- Remodeled and built out 20,000 s.f. of office Tenant Improvements.

- Designed an open glass Conference room off of the lobby
- Added large warehouse restrooms
- Added shipping and receiving offices
- Incorporated a lunch room
